TradebyAgent is a field-force marketplace that connects businesses with verified field agents across Nigeria for sales, merchandising, audits, store activations and market intelligence. Tiwani Resources Ltd is the company behind TradebyAgent and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect information you give us directly, and some information automatically when you use our website. This may include:
- Contact details — such as your name, email address and phone number, for example when you join our waitlist or contact us.
- Account and profile information — details you provide if you register as a business or an agent (this applies once the platform is live).
- Usage information — basic technical data such as your device type, browser and pages visited, collected to keep the site working and secure.

We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and manage your place on our waitlist.
- Provide, operate and improve the TradebyAgent service.
- Match businesses and agents, and support the completion and verification of work (once the platform is live).
- Send you service-related messages by email and SMS (see Section 4).
- Keep our service secure and meet our legal obligations.
4. SMS and text-message communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from TradebyAgent. These may include account notifications, task and verification updates, and important service messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.
Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at support@tradebyagent.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the service (for example, messaging, hosting and payment providers), under agreements that require them to protect your data.
- Other users of the platform where necessary to complete work — for example, sharing the relevant details needed for a business and an agent to carry out a task.
